Information you choose to share
If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, phone number, business requirements, device details and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry, arrange product assistance and address any purchase or support issue you raise.
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details or entire customer databases. Hide unrelated personal information in support screenshots.
Website browsing
The website runs on WordPress with WooCommerce, hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and website services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security logs to operate and protect the website. Cookies may be used for essential site functions, sign-in or shopping functions where available.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp buttons open an external WhatsApp page with a suggested message. The message is not sent until you choose to send it. WhatsApp handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Calling a listed number uses your phone service.
Payments
Online checkout is not currently open. When payment services become available, the relevant provider and checkout information will be shown before payment. Do not send sensitive card or banking credentials to us through WhatsApp.
RO Desk app data
The current RO Desk test package stores business records separately on each device. Automatic cloud sync is not included. Business data and backups are not encrypted by the app. Use a device lock, keep backups private and store backup copies in a safe location. Website enquiries and app records are separate.
Access and retention
Enquiry and support information may be accessible to people assisting with the request and the services used to receive or store it. Contact us if you want to correct information or ask for its deletion. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained for an unresolved transaction, security issue or applicable recordkeeping requirement.
