Current availability
RO Desk is in release preparation. The Windows and Android packages are test builds, and native-device acceptance and end-to-end activation checks are not yet complete. Online checkout and public downloads are not open.

Announced prices
- ₹999: one year of RO Desk licence validity.
- ₹2,999: lifetime validity for the purchased RO Desk version.
Before accepting an order, Plus Point India will confirm the final payable amount, applicable taxes, included devices, licence start date, support scope and delivery method in writing. No automatic renewal or recurring payment is currently offered on this website.
Licence scope
A licence provides permission to use the purchased software; it does not transfer ownership of its source code. Do not share or resell licence keys. Lifetime validity does not automatically include all future major releases, unlimited devices or lifetime support. Confirm the licence details before paying.
Payment verification
Do not pay based only on an unsolicited message or screenshot. Obtain confirmed payment instructions directly from Plus Point India at +91 99881 12528. A payment screenshot alone is not confirmation that funds have been received.
Where manual payment is offered after launch, delivery will follow verification of funds received and confirmation of the order. Never share an OTP, PIN, password or full card details with us.
Digital delivery & activation
RO Desk is a digital software product; there is no physical shipment. The delivery channel, availability and activation instructions will be confirmed before payment. We do not currently promise instant delivery or a fixed delivery time.
The planned activation flow uses an internet connection for the first activation, followed by offline use. This flow is still being verified. Keep your order reference for support.
Cancellation & refund enquiries
No order or payment is created by clicking an enquiry button. You may stop a pre-sale enquiry at any time.
If you have already made a payment, contact Plus Point India promptly with the payment reference, date, amount and reason for your request. Duplicate payments, non-delivery, activation problems and other issues will be reviewed against the confirmed order details. Do not send bank passwords or full card information.
A post-launch cancellation/refund policy and any applicable conditions will be supplied before orders are accepted. This pre-launch page does not promise a money-back guarantee or declare payments non-refundable.
Compatibility & data responsibility
Read the RO Desk product page before choosing. The app has local device storage, no automatic PC/phone sync, no staff roles and no background reminders. It is not a statutory tax-invoice system. Keep regular backups; restoring a JSON backup replaces the selected workspace.
